many scenic locations, including Mt. St. Helens National Volcanic
Monument, Mt. Rainier National Park, The Giffort Pinchot National
Forest, Mt. Adams, the Tatoosh Wilderness, the Goat Rocks Wilderness,
and is a gateway to the ocean beaches.
Within Lewis County, situated halfway between Seattle to
the north and Portland to the south, along the I-5 corridor
in southwest Washington, Centralia and Chehalis are about
