Heidi McCutcheon became the CEO of the Shelton-Mason County Chamber of Commerce in 2010. Under her tenure, the organization has transformed from an organization prioritizing tourism, events, and shop local campaigns to one working as a catalyst for workforce development, championing the interest of businesses to government agencies, convening business leaders, and connecting with the community. In addition to her responsibilities at the Chamber, Heidi has also served on several boards including the Mason General Hospital Foundation, the Union Tourism Association, the Olympic Peninsula Culinary Loop, both the Olympic College and Shelton School District Career and Technical Education Advisories. She has also helped create and served on the Shelton Downtown Visioning Plan and Mason County Workforce Housing Collaboration.

She attended the University of Washington, then Concordia University – Portland, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing & Economics. She and her husband Brad have lived in Shelton since 2008 and like to golf and travel when time allows.
