Refund Policy - Attendees
Registrants requesting a cancellation will receive a 90% refund if request is made in writing by August. 25, 2019 ; after August 15th , no refunds will be made. No registrations OR substitution will be accepted after Sept. 15th.  All cancellations must be in writing

Refund Policy - Exhibitors
In the event an exhibitor finds it necessary to cancel its participation in the 2018 WCCE Conference exhibit program, refunds will be made as follows: prior to Sept. 1st - 90% (percent) refund ; after Sept. 1st, 2018 - no refund unless space is resold.  All cancellations must be in writing
